After more than three decades of being immersed in the international coffee trade, Charles Dubuque began the company with a hand-picked team of amazing support staff, dedicated sales people and talented artisans.

We may be headquartered in St. Louis in a fun and productive environment, but the journey of each of our coffees begins thousands of miles away. From our premier growing regions in Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, or even Kenya and Sumatra, we source only the very best hand-selected beans.

Once the beans arrive, the love begins. Our state-of-the-art cupping room is part lab, part kitchen, part art studio. Then, the finest drum roaster gently creates small batches that are rapid-cooled to perfection.

Our Roast Master coaxes out the exceptional highlights resulting in coffee that is consistently both subtle and bold with signature smooth textures and sweet finishes.
